yes my title is justified we can use civil protection as a tool or a weapon to fight calamities. Whether it is a danger situation from the enemy or it is a threat caused by some disease, you will be protected by the civil protection set up by your country. Third European Civil Protection Forum

In the month of June 2009 there Brussels will play host to the Third European Civil Protection Forum. The forum is set to bring together the best minds from civil protection professionals, politicians and academics as well as companies, international organisations and citizens with a hope of coming up with the best plans and strategies for the development of civil protection in Europe. There will be showcases of new technologies, theories and best practices from selected speakers.
